WHERE DOES BIG MOUNTAIN DJs PROVIDE SERVICES?
Big Mountain DJs provides services throughout the state of Montana including Whitefish, Glacier Park, Bigfork, Flathead Lake, Missoula and wherever in Big Sky Country you decide to have your event. 

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?
Big Mountain DJs requires a 50% deposit to secure a DJ for your event date. We can not offer temporary holds or "penciled in" dates without a submitted deposit. 

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
We sure do! Feel free to let us know if your venue requires documentation and we are happy to send it over. 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
All travel costs are included in your price quote. Big Mountain DJs always arrive 2 hours prior to guest arrival (no charge) to ensure proper set-up and preparation for your event. 

 
HOW DO I GET TO SELECT MY MUSIC AND PLAN FOR MY EVENT?
All DJ packages include direct consultations with DJ Nick Ferrington. In addition, Big Mountain DJs will provide you with an online event planning site where you can add requests, timeline notes and more!
 
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments are accepted via credit card or check.
(We will send you an electronic invoice after your contract has been signed.)


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DJ HAS AN EMERGENCY?
With over 10 years of professional experience, our company takes our commitment to our clients very seriously. In the event that an emergency prevents your DJ from performing, we offer  100% refund & we also have a network of DJs in our markets that we can refer.
(Please note that this has never happened in our decade+ history!)


DO YOU OFFER EQUIPMENT RENTALS OR SOUND FOR LIVE MUSICANS?
Big Mountain DJs can provide a single speaker for a single musician to plug into if we are booked as the DJ for your event. However, we can not offer any additional sound system enforcement for musicians or equipment rentals.
